What we collect
Forms store the information you choose to provide: a name, reply details, language, message, relevant event information, and consent choices. Requests may reveal religious beliefs or sensitive circumstances. Do not include identity documents, detailed medical information, home addresses or unnecessary information about children.
Purpose and access
Requests are used to review and respond to your enquiry, organise event participation, or review a testimony. Only authorised movement administrators can access private submissions. Data is stored using Lovable Cloud. Details are not used for marketing. Testimony publication and identity publication require separate permission and manual review.
Your consent and rights
The form asks for explicit consent to process the request privately, including any sensitive information you choose to provide. You can withdraw consent, request access, correction or deletion using the form below. Include only enough reply details to locate your request; no identity documents. You may also raise concerns with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Retention and deletion
The owner must confirm a retention policy before opening the site publicly. Administrators can permanently delete requests and registrations from owner management, and should regularly review records and remove those no longer needed. No automatic retention schedule has been enabled. Public testimony removal must be handled separately if you withdraw publication consent.
Safety and young people
Faith-based conversation and prayer are not professional or emergency services. Confidentiality may be limited by serious safety concerns or legal obligations. Young people should involve a trusted adult in meeting arrangements. Discuss suitable public meeting locations in advance; ongoing individual support requires appropriate safeguarding.
Storage and cookies
No analytics, advertising trackers or embedded social widgets have been added. Your language preference is remembered on your device. Owner sign-in uses essential session storage. A hashed network/reply identifier and last submission time are stored for spam prevention. If non-essential tracking is added later, consent requirements must be reviewed.
